Temps were in the mid 50s and there was a lot of traffic so only got a few flying laps before a Black flag ended the session. I perceived more front grip and I set the fast lap then but the tires were new and at their best. I'm running WGI with Metro, I have lots of WGI data so will have better info after that.
I'm at WGI the 2 days before with Niagara...looks like a lot of GT4 clubsports registrred for the club races--do they run with red group before the race?

Registration looks like it may still be open so maybe I am parlay this into 3 day event if the boss ok's it...she's grown to hate June as I have 4 events now in 3 weeks

For this event, Metro has a "Club Race" run group.

My second day in the car was still getting used to how it handles. I had never run the track in reverse so it was fun. Was able to run an identical time as you in your car. It is a great track. I know with a little more time in the car I could see shaving 3-5 seconds off the time. They are truly fantastic cars.

Wow, another 3-5 seconds would be flying. I think all the stars have to align perfectly before I'll break 1:55, and I don't expect it would be by much. Love your car!

Thank you sdillon for the Oregan Raceway contribution! You're on the board.

Thank 24Chromium for our first AutoClub contribution! And, yes, I do take bribes. Make a checks payable to the Matt The Boatman Auto Addiction Foundation!

There are a few seconds left for sure, second weekend on it.
Loved your video - you are so quick and early back on the throttle - takes quick feet and lots of guts. Love it.

Here are a few of my clips from my session at Oregon's ORP in CCW. sdillon's time was fast in a street GT4 for sure. I will gladly give him the podium with our identical times. Next time I am out there I will be sure to crack the whip and shave a couple of seconds! I had a 1:55.10. 1:55.12, 1:55.55 and a 1:55.60.

Nice! Mean Joe is laying down the gauntlet! Challenge accepted, my friend. Unfortunately, it will be a while until I get another shot at it. I'm doing the 5 mile next time out at TH. So enjoy the top step while you can.

Lol! The nice thing about hanging out with fast friends is that it pushes everyone to go faster. I'll see you on 6/2!
