Meh. Barber best from last weekend. A bit disappointed. First and only clean lap of the weekend, late in the day yesterday and exhausted.

1:38
Throttle body, plenum, BMC filters, tune, Cargraphics headers.
Hoosier R7s on Forgeline 19s.
Tarrett LCAs, links, track alignment.

1:38 is solid. I understand your frustration. Although it's fun to be out there with other drivers, you can't beat clean laps.

Thanks. Was at that point in the weekend where brain and body just didn’t want to push. Left at least a second on the table in turn 2 …

1:14.35
N1 Cup2's (day 5 on them)
Girodisc PCCB replacements, DS1.11's, SRF
Max alignment on completely stock hardware (i believe around -2.4)

Ambient temps were around 95f, track was very slippy in parts. This was the best lap I got all weekend, tons of slow traffic seemingly unable to check their mirrors etc etc

Open to any pointers! Feels like I never have enough front end in the bulb, I've tried a few different lines in there. Next up is harnesses etc. but seems like the BK mounts are sold out everywhere.

Pitt Race 2:00.6. This was my third hour on track with this car. I was hoping to break 2:00 but couldn't do it then or the rest of the weekend. Maybe next month.

Car is totally stock except for rear toe links to get more toe in. Camber is -2° all around. I think the tires are called Dunlop Sports Max Race 2 or something like that.

If we skip ahead 6 years do you now drive the GT3 faster?

Thanks! Great track. I have some time left to scrub in a few places. Trying new lines in turns 8 and 18. I think 8 needs a slower entry and tighter apex. 18 needs the opposite. Less brake and more speed towards a broader arc to setup straight for the sinkhole . . .

Have you watched Andy Pilgrims GT4 lap at NCM? For 18 he is running a much tighter line then he used to. He is also running a tighter line coming out of sinkhole. Also at 7 you don't need to get back to the right after 7. I wouldn't go any wider then mid track, which will allow you to carry more speed through 7 and into 8. Should be able to open your hands sooner out of 8 and get back to full throttle quicker and get you over that 100 mph hump down into 10.

Awesome! Thank you! He was actually there last weekend and we talked. Didn't realize who he was.

Yeah, it's totally different then how he used to drive it. Another good one to talk to is Matt Busby. He probably knows the track better then anybody. You can find some interviews with him discussing lines on youtube.
