Thanks to all!
Yes, it was a slow drive on the way home. Was tempted to get him addicted to boost at an early age (we took him home in my F80 M3) but surprisingly I was able to restrain myself.
All my babies are home as of today.
I picked up the GT4 today from Derek at Atlanta Protective Films. He was finishing up a full wrap on a GT3RS while I was there.
The Suntek film is so glossy and smooth. Can't tell it is there and looks just as good if not better than the original clear coat so far. The Xpel on the rockers is in a good place because I frankly can't tell much of a difference.
Now, let's see how all this stuff holds up...
Left/Door = bare
Right/Fender = Suntek
Top of quarter + door = bare
Rocker = Xpel

Congratulations on the newborn, I hope Mother and child are healthy and getting some sleep.
How the heck did you find an open allocation to spec this out?
Think that is still possible for the final year?
I hope you gave consideration for the difficulty in designing those cars with the engine hanging off the rear end, as your GT4 has superior balance!

So...random update for today:
I have now driven most high level trim cars in Porsche's current lineup (GT3, 991 turbo, Cayman GTS, Boxster GTS, Panamera GTS, Panamera Turbo S, Panamera 4S, C2S, C4S, C4S Targa, Macan Turbo, Cayenne Diesel, Cayenne Turbo S, etc...) ...
So once I have my GT4 back and broken in I will be able to let you know how it compares to anything but a 918, GT3 RS, or 911 Turbo S....
