The new GT4 sounds similar to the 992 GT3 revving at maybe 7000-8000 rpm.

They both sound different from the current GT3 RS. Really think it's the GPF that's messing the sound on both the cars and they're still NA.
That video does a great job at showing what the GPF does. The spyder in the very beginning of the video does not sound turbo.

Assuming the US cars get the GPF - how easy will it be to swap out something aftermarket without causing issues with the ECU and warranty?

Let's not assume that. Don't put that kind of negativity into the world.

Fingers crossed, Porsche will follow BMW's lead and not including the GPF on cars bound for the US market.

My understanding is GPF only for EU delivered cars at present, not, US or Australia.

The Speedsters shown at NY were US Spec models and had the GPF. Hopefully the GT4 does not, but who knows. US models have more power if they don’t! U-S-A U-S-A

politically, you could have done more to "protect" the environment after diesel gate and you didn't?......eh, I don't think shareholders would like this.

Screw the shareholders is the type of thing I'd like to say.

If the Speedster has them, no reason to think the GT4 won’t have them. Assuming that was a full US spec Speedster.

Removal will provide some easy HP for US buyers, also not required by law. So a win-win.

That flyby at 9:23 by the GT4 doesn't sound anything like the video from the other day. This is a recent video as well. It sounds higher pitched NA.

Dang, didn't know that! I mean, when I replaced mine with clear side markers the car definitely felt faster, but I figured it was just the placebo effect.
