By law, it must rescind your contract and put you back into status quo. Then you can take your $ and go get a Tesla, Corvette, Camaro, Mustang, Hellcat or AC Cobra (my choice) which are all great cars and you will not have to deal with Porsche ever again or risk the Northern Atlantic Ocean transient in Spring. But ….your continual whining because Porsche will not do for YOU what Porsche is not legally required to do for anyone is growing old. You are special, I know. You made your point weeks ago. But, Porsche is not legally required to give you a MY 23 vehicle for a MY 22 contact price under these facts. That is the law. Time to move on. You need to let it go. Or again, you can always hire attorneys to throw good money after bad if you feel differently.
Noted. I have nothing against the product Porsche sells and so much to praise, hence for sticking around. The reason for me posting is to merely share whats going on. If we all shut up and accept everything, people wont take notice and nothing will change.

Some of you have all too much faith in Porsche ……..they’re a business and want your money. I enjoy my Porsche, but to me they sale cars and that’s what it means to me ……..it’s not a relationship the less you think as such it reduces the attachment.

My build keeps getting delayed. 06/17 to 06/24 to 07/08 to 07/29. No communication from Porsche. Not even a sorry post card.

@3-Pedals are you getting updates from your SA on those dates? And with no explanation?? Mine got delayed 2 weeks beginning of March, and no other delays since then. But who knows.

When I ask for a status, the GM of my dealership sends me the status. He has been very nice throughout but they dont tell me when the dates change because the system doesnt work that way. They are not notified in real time when dates change. I only find out when I ask. I stopped asking the dealership for this information and now call PCNA 1-800 number directly with my commission number and ask them on the phone.

Hi. What model are you getting and what year? Sounds like you will be the first here to get delivery. 🤞🏼

Update: car is built, expected to exit production tomorrow and be on a boat in the next week or so. Dealer delivery date pushed up 1 week (6/24)...and I expect it to be even earlier than that based on what I see. Getting very real!

Great to hear after all you have been through. Not trying to burst your bubble, but port delay at Emden currently running 3 - 4 weeks between the time vehicle actually arrives in Emden to the actual day it is loaded on a RoRo at Emden. TYD has been quite inaccurate recently until it tells you your vehicle has been loaded on a specific named vessel.

From the research I've done recently, it seems the delays at port have improved since earlier this year - I know January-March was a very rough patch for delays due to covid and other things. Ships have been docked and loaded very efficiently based on what I've seen on the ship sites and have only remained in port for a day or so. That bodes well, but I still always remain cautiously optimistic.
