European Delivery and or Porsche Experience CenterThis forum to ask questions and get answers about collecting your Porsche in Europe or the outstanding Porsche Experience Center.
For what it is worth, I would be very surprised if the issue isn't almost certainly due to the limited availability of the GT4 ... nothing at all to do with European Delivery.
I didn’t mean to imply otherwise. Those guys seem agnostic about ED including for price which is why I’m posting their info.
I can recommend the guys that sold me the Panamera and didn’t blink an eye at ED (cancelled due to COVID and they switched it to ATL no charge). Call Scott Goldwater at Porsche of Arlington. Great SA, super responsive. Fair prices. I hear they have a waiting list for GT4 but I suspect everyone does.
Agree ... the response quoted you but was really meant for @phoenx_10
The point I was trying to make was that finding a GT4 allocation is very difficult and really does not belong in the ED thread.
Got it. Understand allocations are hard to find for the gt4’s but I havent been able to find any dealer willing to work with me for a Macan euro delivery either hence why I asked here. Either way, thread back on topic and hopefully I can post here at some point with an actual order in.

Not sure where you are located, but if you are in Phoenix I am confident that if you visit Chandler Porsche and place an immediate deposit (likely $2-$5K) on a new Macan order, they will locate an ED allocation for you. It depends on which Macan model that you are looking for, but you should expect a lead time of 6-12+ months (with the new Macan GTS at the 12 months or more end of the scale). It may take them a couple days to a week to trade for the appropriate allocation with the right timing for a European Delivery, so be a little patient. I am confident the same technique will work at most all Porsche dealerships with larger dealerships having more allocations/options available. You just need to visit the dealer in person and offer to place an immediate cash deposit on the Macan you would like to order.
Have you been able to book the factory tour in Stuttgart?
Good question, no all I got myself was an email with the date, time & location confirmed with the details to be sent to my SA 3 weeks prior in the packet (vouchers/name tags/forms/etc)
When I did Zuffenhausen ED back in 2018, it was automatically included along with a nice lunch prior to the delivery presentation, but with covid maybe procedure has changed
Factory tours are still shut due to COVID. It will be part of the ED experience should it reopen when my ED date comes.
Fingers crossed... would be a bummer if it's still a no-go by the time June rolls around, but I'll simply be grateful to be able to do ED again in general after 2 cancellations past 2 years
