Anyone know of a shop that can tune Porsche other then Vast performance in Detroit? Steve in Waterford uses Vast as well so that was the only two I've heard of. Gotta think there is more then just one shop in Michigan that can tune a Porsche.

Thanks
Brian

The only other place I could find was Pure Tuning in Toledo. Great capability.

Pure Tuning is quite good

or the other option is to buy one of the tunes that comes with the programmer, some of them will do remote tuning as well but i dont know about on the cayman

ya i was thinking of going with softronic(still might) but would rather take it somewhere and them really dig into it and maximize the tune.

Researching

yeah most places that do the tuning on these cars will not do specific tuning, and there isnt much to gain on the 996 NA cars and i expect its the same on the caymans

right.

I didn’t do to much. Aside from some maintenance and i body kit. I added the gt3 throttle body, ipd plenum and full exhaust. Im not expecting huge gains but i want it doing its best.

I'm moving a bit slower these days but I did manage to get my mods done to the Cayman I bought a few months ago. Ready to do some cruising, Grattan and car meets this summer. Hope to see some of you out there.

IPD plenum, GT3 throttle body, K&N filter, Headers, exhaust, clutch, short shifter, Softronics tune and a bunch of cosmetic mods.

I'd love to do some cruising, just gotta replace a head gasket, etc. first. Anyone with some 951 experience want to lend a hand?

Hi, I'm a former Detroiter and plan on going to the Grand Prix this week. Although I already paid for Porsche Coral parking, I was wondering if there was a very big turnout parking there? Also is there any special schedule of events there.
