QUESTION for the group. I'm a South East Michigan (SEM) club member and receive the newsletter. For the past year I keep staring at the "Why is an EXCELLENT Porsche mechanic so expensive?" ad by R&T Motors, LLC. Satisfaction guaranteed and $75/hour seems too good to be true. Anyone use them to service their car(s)? I've got some air suspension maintenance that needs to be done on my '06 Cayenne Turbo, and 100K service and fluid chances done for my soon to be delivered '05 Boxster Base. September really gonna hurt the pocketbook.
I'm almost done painting the Cayman.. can't wait to get out this summer and drive. Driver door is on and front bumper is done. Only thing left to paint is the passenger door, front ground effect and mirrors. Coming out pretty decent for a barn paint job. been doing other Porsche work for locals so I've been slowed down on finishing this up.

i have a guards red 911 im painting for someone currently so I won’t be back on it for about 3 weeks but I'm anxious to finish up.
I really want to do more events this year. From cars and coffee to M1 and Gratann track days. My boy is 13 now and into cars more than he was last summer so I want to do more of it with him 👍

Anyone in the Birmingham, Royal Oak, Troy area with a Durametric they are willing to rent out? I've got a 955 Cayenne with air suspension and wanted to tweak the suspension height a little bit. There's someone renting out a Durametric on eBay but their eBay reputation score gives me pause.
I ended up renting the Durametric off eBay. The Seller is legit, they split their company into a service and rental side hence the newish account. If anyone is in my area and would like to use the Durametric, I have until April 4th to return it. PM me and we can work something out.
