what startling is the bid/offer spread. theres no doubt dealers have widen it.
btw my dealer has 16 2016 CD on the lot and they arent cleared to sell. Meanwhile 17's are just around the corner.
You think trunk money on these 16's will reprice the 2ndary mkt?

This, I think, has more to do with the steep depreciation of the CGTS and CTT which are the more desirable models.

Last year, the EPA made clarifications to existing rules prohibiting owners, operators, aftermarket companies, and service businesses from tampering with or removing emissions equipment on EPA-certified vehicles, causing a small uproar in the car-modding and amateur racing communities. But the clarifications weren’t enough to un-muddy the legal waters of vehicle modifying, as a comment from Moreland demonstrates. "For more than two decades, we have sold this product under an accepted regulatory approach that permitted the sale of competition-only parts,” he said. “In our view, it is and was legal to use in race conditions in the US.”

Did I read somewhere that there was supposed to be a meeting with the CARB judge this week i.e. 24 August. This thing just keeps dragging on and with two Cayenne Diesels in the game it is getting frustrating and possibly costly

There is a status meeting on the 25th for all the parties. Usually, the judge ask what is going on and the parties just say there is some progress.

The 25th is supposed to be for the preliminary 2.0 approval and allow their process to officially begin. Unfortunately for the 3.0s it will be a only status report, but it will be the first one.

Is there any way to determine what a dealer paid at recent auction for a 2015 CD? Based on a VIN search, it was originally 83K. Trying to figure out what to offer. Looks to be in great shape, many options.

JD Power survey arrived. Normally don't do surveys but tempted to do this one to talk highly about the car and poorly about the management. Any body know if they ask about or have a free-form area to comment?
