I have no idea when it will be available, I check the dynavin website regularly but I don't see any updates yet. But the software updates are free, you just have to download, put it on a SD card and install it.

Okay all,

I got my new N6 unit. I had it installed by Newport Auto Sound. The unit looks and feels beautiful. I even installed a reverse camera. Now for the bad news. The unit worked for only 5 minutes. After changing the time the side buttons and ***** no longer work. The touch screen part works fine but all the buttons and ***** are not working. I updated the firmware and Jeff from JandT is aware but I am seeking my Rennlister's advice if they ran into something similar. By the way, I found out that my Cayenne only had a head unit w/o amp. Is that even possible? The guys at Newport Auto Sound were also surprised. Therefore, they did not connect the fiber cable into the new Dynavin just the Most box. For 5 mins the Dynavin looked amazing. I truly think this unit is great but I just need to figure out my issue of the buttons not working.

Anyone experience this?

There's a firmware update already? Where did you get that?

Did you try resetting the unit (paper clip in the reset hole thingy) to see if that fixes your buttons?

I did reset with the pin as well as holding source button. No luck.

Please Can I talk to you ? Your button advice did not work either. I am able to reset the unit with pin and the SRC button. Its just that the unit's button don't work anymore.

Some times my buttons don't work either. But my SRC button does and it gets me to the home page where I can access the various options.
I'm sure it somewhere in the settings menu. I just haven't found it.

yes I have seen that unit but who distributes it. Dynavin has a real person to help you with issues.

Seller has high feedback so that won't be a problem i guess. I'm just wondering how this connects to the bose sound system since he claims not to use the Bose amp.

Dear Jeroen,

I would hold off buying from ebay for a PCM replacement. While the Dynavin unit lacks some of the features it is backed by a JandT distribution. They're local and their rep, Jeff is a good guy. He's replacing my unit due to a faulty hardware issue. You're not going to get that kind of customer service from ebay. Plus you'll have to buy the navigation software, which Dynavin gives you as a licence copy.

Being an oversees buyer the guarantee doesn't mean very much to me. Same for the navigation software. If i would buy one of both, main reason would be that my Cdr23 shows protect and that it works randomly. If you feel like you could be somekind of help please feel free to check my topic on that.

Hey Jeroen check this link out:

http://www.dynavin.com/distributors.php

They have distributors in many countries, the US based guys use Jeff from J&T because they are local to us, but you can definitely choose your local one =)
