I sent the contact info to a couple of members that PM'd me. The report back is that the car/seller is real and it is for sale, but it is a stripped track car that is not currently streetable. May be a good buy for the right buyer.

Yeah, but look at that spec and consider it's one owner with fully documented service. $10k above MSRP is not far fetched.

I didn't read all the details, but that's a fair point. Very strong value. Almost seems a shame for the owner to sell it.

yes this one of those things where there might be a sad back story…1 owner, meticulous cared for GT3 at 35k miles with one of the highest specs possible.

That’s a nice spec. Personally I’d rather buy a car with slightly higher miles and one owner that’s really looked after.

Anyone have more info on it???

And to keep things in perspective, this car averaged only 3200 miles per year over its lifetime. I know we're a very special bunch in here, but most sane people would consider this to be low mileage. .

Absolutely.
I’ve reached out to the seller. He is in Atlanta. I use to live there so I might ask a buddy to go see the car.

A big part of life wrt opportunities is about timing. For example, my wife and I were fortunate to buy our first home in 2013 before it got super nutty.

Sometimes you time things correctly and sometimes you don't. All part of life. I bought my GT3 in January 2020. Which at that time was the top of my budget. Looking back now with today's crazy market the timing couldn't have been much better.

As a counter point, I bought my first home in April 2006. That, on the other hand, was horrible timing.
