14k-mile Black .1 RS. PCCB and full leather. Priced at $256k. I am curious what color the decals and accents on this car are as this has them in a deviated color. Though it’s missing the side mirrors in deviated color to complete the full accent color change.

As I tend to always at least try my best to be a "glass half full" person, this has all been a blessing of sorts and a reminder...it made me appreciate my little corner of the Porsche world a bit more for though it is not the sought after anything since it is Turbo and PDK, it is still hella fun and the "right size" (997.2)--so I have learned again to be grateful.
We experienced the same in our home search out west. When inventory starting running low last year, our leads seemed to be almost exclusively homes that upon research had been purchased by investors in 2020 or early 2021 and being flipped, for obscene increases. Can't blame anyone as that is the free market.
All this to say that the world here in P car land at present has returned my focus to the blessings of a healthy family with successful high achiever kids and a great wife so that is all a man could wish for anyway. This GT thing is a true first world problem lol. But I will sit idly by with popcorn in hand anyway as it is so interesting and I appreciate the gentlemen on here who keep us abreast of the latest and greatest of these cars for sale each day!!

Lets just say I am living in the past...the recent past but nonetheless the past as these prices have zoomed right past my comfort zone. My original hope (now a far off dream) was to put an N/A car in the garage next to my Turbo, preferably a .2 RS in the "beginning" (seems so far in the past but not really). I graduated to then looking at the RS and sacrificing the Turbo once things starting getting out of hand. Then it morphed into a real clean low mile .2 GT3 with the delta that was becoming obvious.

I want to know who the celebrity owner is.. the rest of the garage looks sweet.
SOLD for $125,000.
I am very surprised.
Market has softened a lot it appears, especially considering that 07 with 70k miles sold for $114,000 just a couple months ago.
