Wasn’t it a rennlister that bought the 07 on BAT that had the SW 3.9? That was a steal at at 110 plus fees. Would love to hear about how it turned out for them.

As others have said, when we first read the FS ad, the original posting did not have all the pics & data on Sharkwerks & Dundon mods.

this red 2010 GT3 is back on the market. Was sold only 2 months ago. No price listed.
17k miles. $121k msrp

The Carfax is a little confusing. Shows that Bill Kay Chev sold it twice in a short period? Then the buyer sells or trades it to a Porsche dealer in a couple months?

I just got off the phone with them. The sales guy claimed they bought 2 cars, including this red GT3, from a customer, and they want 165,000. Nothing about an auction, or tire wall damage. Are we talking about the same car? Wasn't the tire wall car an 07? And somewhere on here, someone said Bill Kaye sold it for 126? Someone unconfused me

The tire wall car was a 997.1 GT3. Should have Carfax ownership history in Ohio (specifically Akron, I believe). There could be a .2 red GT3 out there with tire wall damage too, but the one that's been talked about a lot on here is a .1.

For some reason or another the red .2 at Bill Kay was sitting a month or two back. Price seemed reasonable at mid 120s.

The red .1 formerly chilling in Texas is well known around here aka the tire wall car with high miles. Porsche Barrington never even posted pics of the car so curious where it ended it up.

The tire wall car was a guards red .1 and was for sale in Dallas at iirc 89k , and then was at Porsche Barrington for 110k. It sold to a Chicagoland local. Not sure what the sale price was.

I saw the car upclose at a PCA coffee event dealhy near me, and I can tell u the car is elfin nice. I'd take it in a second. looks better in person than the BAT ad imo. I wasn't able to talk with him (or her) but did ask around. it was one I really liked.....

I do not think this is for sale, the owner is straight up and a good guy if it is for sale. He just bought my EVT700 Turbo S as well...

Sorry for any confusion. Not trying to say it was. Just was referencing the price of the last Sharkwerks 3.9 I could remember. A lot less than the 150 they are asking for the yellow one up for sale now.

And I really, really liked your Turbo. Not surprised it sold quickly. Hope you get your RS back.

ahh, got it. Best to contact SW for current info/pricing for a 3.9 I believe the kit now includes parts that are part of the 4.1 kit.

Yes, bought my old RS 3 weeks ago, will be picked up next week...
