I wanted it pretty badly. The color held me back a bit. Really wanted the car to be anything other than black.

The prices are nuts! I know people have personal preferences on each generation, but it really isn't too far off from a 992 GT3 if one can get an allocation..

But you can't, and that's with zero options, which nobody will get anyway.

Unless you have an existing relationship with a dealer, there is almost no chance you can snag a 992 GT3 for anywhere close to MSRP. Plus, if you inquired now and even if you did get an allocation, you wouldn’t get the car anytime soon.

Car had red graphics originally...was recently for sale at Elite Autos and we all commented how the PCCBs were completely toasted.

Now back to quality commentary- Anyone want to buy my RS? 300k and it's yours!

Sell it for $200k. You might get lucky with options at get that $$ to 300k by the end year in a conservative approach.

Your time is running out as a good deal of cars will be put in storage by Sept/Oct for 5-6mnths. That’s how I bid/buy. Usability on 5kmi+ and up cars. Collectors are a different story.

I bidded up to $132. But timing, exams, and no buckets prohibited me from going further.

Just not my complete cup of tea. I don’t compromise with my money. Some do. Not me

I drove it for the first time in 2 months yesterday and it's addictive. I can't see myself selling but this market is getting close to what these cars are actually worth. Being in the Bay Area I'm sure there would be a local buyer in the winter if I decided to list it.

Looks really clean. I’m biased though—this is basically the spec on my 7.2. Yellow belts with PCCBs are a must.

Lots of 7.1s coming to market these days …

PS: I was rooting for you @NA2 .
