do you know what the MSRP was on this white beauty?
I would let Doug chime in, but I believe $185k CDN. Doug, if I am incorrect, let me know. Just making a guess based on which car I think this may be.

Why would the ceramic coating be an issue? The ceramic coating will wear away over time.

I’ve seen some on wheels and they have a weird fade to it. Im new to this stuff but I’ll look into it more into it. I think this one is priced fair compared to the other two pumpkin ones I’ve seen on truecars

Ceramic coating has gotten better over the years. I have not seen Cilajet in person, so I don't know how it looks. Depending on which coating you saw on wheels it also may have been a wheel specific coating, which may have been thicker for the higher heat.

I wouldn't let ceramic coating prevent me from purchasing the car. I would also be sure that they already actually applied it or if they are going to do it prior to the sale. You never know. I know that it mentions they applied it already, but they are saying to add $389 to the price of the vehicle, so maybe they are going to apply it at time of sale. The warranty on it is only a year, so it may be a coating that wears off quicker as well.

x2 the good coatings are pretty darn good. Not all are created equal and no experience with cilajet though. I'd be more curious if the car has/had ppf as ceramics are no replacement

It is. By quite a bit. They'll be sitting on that car for a while, I am guessing.

Agreed. Seems like .1 with that mileage can be found for sub 100k.

I must've called on it before this was getting done. Do you know where on the car? Was told it was "perfect"

2007 GT3. 27k miles. White. Accident reported on the Carfax back in 2008 on the right side. Car was sent to Canada in 2010 and came back in 2020. Some nice options like adaptive seats, rear center console in leather, carbon package, fire extinguisher, front lip was painted in body color, but that must have been replaced along the way, which is not surprising considering it's normal to replace every couple of years.
