I just noticed a correlation between rubber/base interior and heavily tracked cars vs full leather and cars with not too much (if any) track time. Of course, there must be exceptions as the correlation/rule is not perfect.
Hey Matt. My thoughts are that a non-RS can still give you a very high % of the RS enjoyment factor, without the cost or risk. So if your goal is to buy & DRIVE, why pay that premium.
I bought my pristine .2 w/ 10k unmolested miles for quite a bit less (& in a very hard to find Aqua Blue, PCCB's, phenom interior w/ painted seat backs & more)....
.......... and even though it was a excellent collector grade specimen when I bought it,... I have ZERO Guilt putting miles on her.
(... similar to my 964Turbo that I bought 15yrs ago & have been putting tens of thousands miles on it,.. and yet it STILL increased $100K value over what I bought it for),...
Life's too short.
It took me a while to find it tho, and right now I don't see any low mileage $110k - $120K examples for sale with high specs,... but they are out there.
Maybe just drive one of yours? ..... but I get it, if your money is tied up in it as an investment (lots of RLers look at these cars that way, so I am a minority), or the area you would drive yours is just plain risky with other crazy drivers that could hurt your cars,... then it is indeed a quandry.

Ha! good points. My other cars are old. No AC with the exception of my G wagon. I was thinking 3RS or F355. I know they are different, but I think you could just get in and drive either. So your Aqua blue is not a RS? I hadn't really considered a non-RS. no rational reason. I love blues.
This car is no stranger to Rennlist. It's on a truck en route to our shop. It's been used on the track, but never whacked - all original paint. Well maintained. No overrevs above range 2.
33,500 miles $125k/offer.
Coolant lines are not done but we can do them locally for $3500 including Sharkwerks elbows, or we can negotiate that into the deal depending on the offer.
only liked it because I couldn't LOVE IT!
do you know what the MSRP was on this white beauty?
Haven't been keeping up with this thread. Anyone know anything about this car? Black mirrors, end plates, wheels were a DZL option, correct? Car is represented as 'stock' but I don't see the customization package listed under the VIN.

The car most likely started out as a Grey/Red .2 RS and had the wheels, mirrors, rear wing end plates, and grill surround painted black as well as the decals removed.

That was my thought too with the red badge on the boot. The ad states 'stock' which is what is in question. Even with a factory DZL package, the asking is high. If it's just a decal delete and some paint or wrap, these guys are out of their minds with that price.

Maybe they meant mechanically stock? Either way, they will most likely have trouble finding a buyer at that price. Isringhausen just got in a Grey/Red .2 RS with basically the same mileage and PCCB, FAL, leather, and CPO for $20k less. I thought the car at Isringhausen was little high, but the RS in Denver is too much. https://www.isringhausen.com/Invento...tockNum/783074
No pictures of the one at Isringhausen yet, but they tend to offer some good stuff there.
People who buy these cars at this price point tend to be very picky and detail oriented. So the seller looked through the pictures they took, saw this one, and thought “YES, this is the one. We must use this one.” LMAO
2007 GT3. White. PCCB's. Full leather. Lots of carbon. Painted center console. 2300 miles. WP0AC299X7S792777. No price listed yet, my guess would be $115k+, given the low mileage and options list.
