Hi there, I saw a thread about PDR in the DFW/Carrolton area and saw your post pop up and that you are from the area. I found a vehicle and HiLine motors and was wondering if you've heard of them or not. Any insight would be great! Here is the vehicle:

    Thanks so much!

Hey. I saw your post looking for a 993, and I wanted to tell you about one we have for sale. Give me a call (713-204-3942) or email me ([email protected]) whenever you get a chance.

I was out of the loop from porsche, then i got my gt3 march and now i am taking delivery of my 997 TT. Just starting to be active again. My job takes me to West Texas half of the time. In C&C in Plano usually.

get the sofa(I would have gotten the basic) if you want to DD it. I have a LWBS but it is no way as comfortable as the SCUD seats. It looks good though.

Sorry for the late reply. Did not see your question.

    I too had a 997.2 C4S but a manual. Mine was stock.
As a comparison with the 991 GT3, the suspension is much more compatible as a daily driver. I traded my C4s to a F430 due to basically the c4s is too stiff. Its like I am falling on a ravine everytime I transition to a lowered road or pothole.

The suspension is more like ferrari like, good daily driver. I do not DD my GT3 because I have no privacy in parking. But if I have one, I will DD it. I just put it on AUTO and drive.

I would recommend the GT3 if you are comparing it with an M6. I came from a BMW family and I actually traded my beloved E60 M5 for the GT3. Will miss it but you will love the GT3.
Its as close to a SCUD but good qualities of a german car.

Its now time for you to come back to a porsche.

Just read your post about your 991 GT3 and am interested in your opinion on the 991 GT3 as a daily driver. I also have a Scud which as you know gets way too much attention for a daily. The last Porsche I had and used as a daily was a 997.2 C4S PDK with M030 suspension. Really, it was way too stiff to use comfortably daily (although I did for two years). Is the 991 GT3 that stiff? I ended up selling the C4S an bought a Vantage V8. On that one the suspension was great for a everyday, but manual transmission with heavy SF Bay Area traffic was just not working for me. Now I am trying to decide between an M6 and GT3. What do you think?
