after closer inspection… that looks like a hole but I also see black rubber in other pics on other parts

99% sure this is the same car. Lines up with the Carfax records and I remember this car sitting at Porsche Beachwood for a while. Underside of the front tub (pic 116) has certainly seen some use.

Seems .1's are declining based on recent sales but dealers are still asking the higher dollars.

I haven’t seeing any declining beyond price increases normalizing for all cars. Not many have been sold lately to realistically come up with a solid conclusion.

The most recent 997.1 sale in the US on classic.com was a 911r BaT sale for $146k on a car with 36k. The $116k BaT car didn't sell and had a concerning past online -- there is a thread on here started by the auction winner (who didn't really win anything but a lot of stress and hassle).
