Have't looked recently but the did make a DA non ext. reservoir shock. Not sure if the new upgraded ones come with that option. Will look closer after the One Lap when the bank account recovers a little.

NASA-TT at Sebring this fall, your Moving Chicane with suspension, my Moving Chicane with Wing, Splitter, a Diff, and stripped, so we get the same power/weight ratio. and same level of prep.

Ian drives your car, I'll find a Pro to drive my car. I would do the driving against Ian, but he's as fast as a Pro, and I'm 5 secs slower than a Pro.
So Rad, Whats the FIAT Quattro Trenta S Rosso Scuderia Gonna run in TTU on the Banking at Homestead this weekend. Can you guess the time? You'll have a track record no matter what cause NASA has never run that Config before.

Ian, I have no clue, I guess 2:00 or better. I have never driven that configuration before. However, there is a car with more power registered in TTU, it has 520whp, and given that most people in this forum firmly believe that horsepower automatically dictates domination, I will clearly lose to the modified C6 Z06.

I doubt I can get a track record either, because there is an Aero Beetle 3.8 RS running at the event. Peter (your co-driver) has seen my droving, he has seen the Aero Beetles driving, and he firmly believes the Aero Beetles are far and vastly superior drivers and cars, hopefully I can make podium.

Not sure. Fiat experts say that I need to use the manettino in Race mode to get the fastest laps, but I run with all the nannies off, this is probably why among many other things I'm so sloppy slow.

2:00... I'd hope your at least 30 seconds faster then 2:00mins. Grand-am ST car's run 1:33's.
My S2000 did a 1:31.7 there in January on the Banked course. That's 2778lbs and 211whp.
I think the F430 challenge cars do high 1:20's. Like 28's or 29's.

Rad,

That highly modded ZO6 is driven by a 75 year old gentleman. So you better be faster.

Randy Pobst, Walter Rohl, Hurley Haywood, Sir. Jackie Stewart, they all are older than me, they are faster too.

So I'm shooting for a 1:31.699 to be able to beat Ian.

God wouldn't that be nice.
My boggie time for the K24 S2000 is a 2:22 at sebring, a 1:34 at Road Atlanta, a 2:06 at VIR, and a 1:28 at Homestead. Those are the goals.

Yes, STU trim. N/A

I've been looking and it's really cheap for me to hang a turbo on the side of it. We're thinking about hanging a turbo on it and running the one lap next year in it. My issue is that means building a 2nd motor because 12.0:1 compression and street gas (which could be 91 octane in some area's) and a turbo..... Yeah maybe not.

yeah, 12:1 on 91 pump F/I, idk. No cheap way to do F/I in a S2000 IMO, not reliably at least.
