^ i dont have E260 bu thad elise and exige and several box.
for street and canyon work, box is a better car no question.
if wife finds GT3 harsh and loud, she will hate lotus. it's louder and harsher.
in stock form, the E260 feels sharper on track.

I must be missing something on the issue of value. I get $67k with a comparably equipped S model. How can this not be a smokin' deal? Make mine red.

What's that interior color?

Red?

This interior color must order with leather interior?

What about the sport chorno, just a clock or with sport button?

Thanks.

I think you need full leather to get the red interior. Plus, with the red interior, it is all red. Might be too much. Not sure about the sport chrono.

I wonder if this is a transitional model to gently introduce the mid-engine layout of the future Carrera.

Here is the lightweight Cayman that might be called ClubSport Cayman.
The Dutch paper said that the weight savings are the same as the Spyder.

I have to admit; not a fan of soft-tops until I see this Spyder. I like it more than the Cayman Clubsport.

Perhaps the reason is that I finds very few car models work both in the coupe and in the soft-top. The lines are lost in the transition.

Gonna be hard to realize -176 in the Cayman, as it doesn't have a heavy power top to ditch in favor of a featherweight replacement. Cayman does have a big, relatively heavy hatch with a glass window. One wonders about a CF piece with Lexan, or maybe a 904-ish hatch that creates true flying buttresses.

We'll have to wait and see. If Marketing gives/gave it a green light. I've heard it didn't, but am still hopeful. Porsche needs to do something to start moving the cars. Cloth C-GT/GT3 CS seats, which shed even more weight than the Spyder/GT2 seats, would be another move in the right direction given where the engine is —*though probably not for U.S. as there are no bags...

I think that would be a hot car - just make sure they make the necessary mods to the GT3's gearbox, so that there won't be one forward and six reverse gears
