'Started tackling a replacement of all the corroded hardware underneath the car. 'Got all the affected fasteners in the rear of the car, including rear suspension replaced and re-torqued. This from Amazon was a godsend to getting all the suspension bolts torqued properly -- regular crow-foot sockets don't give you the additional length to clear needed to get a torque wrench on them. I had enough time to extract the front sway bar from between the body and the subframe. I used a transmission screw jack to slowly lower the subframe down at the front just enough to slide the front sway bar out. I'm going to take the all the body braces & sway bars to get re-powder coated and then hopefully finish up the front of the car next weekend.
New hardware!

Yes, I saw one at the 2 Stroke Extravaganza last October. I can only imagine how hot those two inner cylinders get as the triples were famous for the center getting hot. I had a 1974 H1 500 and sold it for $1,800. So Stupid, but I just didn't have the space to keep it.
I also have two Daytona's. Great bikes also.

‘Had my swaybars, rear subframe stability bars and top plates all re-powder coated — 60% black, it matches OEM perfectly. Reinstalled. Cleaned out my front radiators. Replaced the plastic brake ducts, and inner fender spoilers with new and finished replacing any hardware with surface corrosion on it. 300+ fasteners, brackets & brake lines in total over the last couple weeks. Next up is an alignment and a good clean up of the floor in workshop side of my garage and I’ll be done.

Looks like a fun project!

Installed the Sharkwerks center muffler bypass on my 997.1. Wow wow wow, it makes such a huge difference. This was also the biggest DIY project I’ve done (a friend helped) and it definitely gave me a sense of satisfaction and pride in doing it myself.

Now just take all those old bolts and have them tumbled or vapor blasted. Nice work. Gotta be satisfying.

You can diy it, if you youtube there's people out there doing it using simple batteries as power sources etc.

Did 20K mile service. Last weekend was oil/filter change.
This weekend was engine air filter and accessory drive belt.
Still need to do cabin air filter, and I still love this car!

I’ve been wanting to do something like this beginning with wheel wells, underbody, etc.
Over the last few days:
Setup the QuickJack, and spent too much time ceramic coating the car.
