116k miles.
First thing that I would want to see are the documented maintenance records. When things start going bad on a 997.2, it can get expensive in a hurry. Even though the salvage / rebuild title circumstance did not involve significant damage repair, that title will always stigmatize the car and meaningfully impact its value.
If the (documented) maintenance history is absent or sketchy, I would pass on the car. In that event, I would spend a little bit more on a car with a better history and fewer miles on it.

997.1 C2S
~97000 miles
~50400 $ (reasonable price in Germany for that mileage)
history:
2007-2016: 90000 miles (previous owner)
2016 - now: only driven as seasonal car
All services by Porsche
No crashes
Clutch, PASM, radiators done in the years before
Large service in 2020
No info on water pump or anything else (so suppose nothing was done?)
No seeping oil or cooling according to owner
No severe corroded exhausts/mufflers according to owner
Owner sells car due to change to newer Porsche
I like the colour and the full leather + sport seats, but I'm afraid with 100k miles its almost ready for an engine rebuild. Especially since I read in the forums that water pump, chain tensioners, belts and other stuff needed to be replaced on cars with that many miles.
Also im not sure what the state of the suspension is (arms, bushings, ...). Additionally im afraid the seats need replacement on that mileage, even tough they look well maintained. Rather want a 911 with 60-70 k miles, but non-silver non-black cars seem to be extremly rare.

From the pics and what you say it seems to be decently well cared for. I don’t know about replacing seats, they look fine. Are you worried that they won’t be as supportive? I’d say if it checks out mechanically, go for it if the price is within reason for the region. I think in Germany they drive their cars a lot more, than polish them in the driveway. Europe in general. I’m new to the P-car world but from what I gather here, the .2s will run a good long time if maintenance is done. Nice color.
Edit: I thought it was a 997.2. I’d look at that water pump for sure then. But I say that because I just got my .1 with no record of water pump service either, AND I’m in Texas. So I got a 3rd radiator to go with it. Get a PPI and see where that takes you. Looks clean, but beauty is skin deep.

Oh how I love Nordic Gold a little more each time I see it. I agree with Terrestrial that seats look fine and should not require replacement. But you need the car inspected to better understand what might be required.

High-ish miles but doesn't seem like a bad price for a 6mt C2 with a rare color (Zanzibar Red).

14 years with 107K equals about 8K/year.
Lots of maintenance done.
Not an S, but maybe $10K below market value?
If no stories, not a bad deal.
