Assuming it’s black, silver, or grey and has been taken care of I would say low $30s. For a more unique color, maybe a bit more.

For reference, I paid $42.5k for my 06 Black 6MT C4S Cab w/ 38k miles last June. While there was some deferred maintenance, it had a brand new clutch and the breaks were in great shape. So. $40k for a base 911 seems a bit much. If you like the car, might be worth getting a PPI arranged. Wouldn’t surprise me if you didn’t find $5k to $10k of deferred maintenance on a car that old. Most of the stuff I ran into had more to do w/ the age of the car than the mileage.

This one posted for sale in the classifieds seemed like a fair deal at $29.5k but Autocheck states "SEVERE ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: UNDERCARRIAGE" reported in January 2020

 

I listed my 08 MT Cab last week at 29.5 (obo). Better condition but more miles. I think that is reasonable (I hope).

He's on crack. Sit tight and you'll find a super low mile base for $45k. My #2 guy at my business got a 2006 manual base w/ 10.5k miles for $41k but at the same moment there was one with mid 20k miles for about the same.
