The Resmo GT Silver C2S is a good comp for my car but has Sport PASM and limited slip. A great build that'll appeal to a lot of people although higher mileage at 47,183 compared to mine at 19,760. Mine's in the Marketplace and asking a healthy $67,500. We'll see how this goes.

Also, who knows what the world will look like in 6 months. If the market begins to mirror the economic picture instead of being flooded by cheap Fed money, it could easily deflate just as quickly as it has inflated. The market is highly irrational right now and pricing in cash flows that frankly speaking, are unlikely to materialize.

Yeah, if you want a deal, wait until winter. At least that has been my experience. Deals are still out there but you have to get pretty lucky (find someone that wants to sell their car private party and is willing to split the difference between being raped on trade-in and what you would pay at retail). Dealers are going to get top dollar right now.

You are correct about 911 prices in the winter though. They can be 5% to 10% lower.

My dealer friends are telling me inventory is low right now. You may actually get good trade in offers. Prices are up because inventory is low and sales never really slowed down. My friend that own a high end used car lot had to of the biggest monte they ever had in May and June. Did not ask about July.

You have to factor in just how much money people were spending on restaurants, hotels, airfair, massages, day spas, private health clubs, etc and just what they are doing now with that found money to feel better or to nest. That's why Home Depot hit a new high. Cars can make you feel good too, coupled with fear of mass transit and Uber rides. My company is up huge over the same 90 day period last year but I'm sooooo bummed about the businesses that may not make it. And I agree...it will get much worse.
I know of a couple small businesses that could use a grant and was looking for large companies that would match donations if we made them. I saw one program but the grants were only $500 and I don't think that will save many businesses. Anybody got ideas PM me. Sorry to be off-topic.

Nice 997.1 Targa 4S with an unfortunate slush box. Seller also apparently thinks very highly of it.
