Anyone looking for a 997.2 GT3, this is a good one, buckets, PCCB's, full leather. Happy to look at it for anyone interested. I already checked it out in person when my car was in for service.
Looks like it brought $58k. I cant agree with you more on the pricing. It seems every GTS seller wants $70-$80k. I wish I could contact the seller of this GTS as I am interested but only learned of it after the auction was over.

This one has a ding on the carfax: it probably has something to do with the price being fairly good for a low mile enthusiast build!
That car was originally 66K and they rejected my offer of 60k. Then it was sold to someone in Alabama but returned by the buyer because it has a very crappy repair to a damaged rocker panel (not disclosed on carfax). It's been sitting back on the lot and going down in price ever since.
I reached out to them a couple of days ago and they were able to offer me an additional $500 off the car for Cyber Monday. That ding is definitely not mentioned in the post and they also didn't mention anything about the carfax. I almost missed that one.

IMO, this is pretty nit picky, but I purchase my cars to drive them. Little cosmetic flaws don't bother me, especially on cars approaching 10 years old.
Do you guys expect that 997 owners will start moving to 992's now that it's out and there will be more 997 supply ?
i sure hope so! im in the research and budgeting phase, and hope to have everything in line for a spring/summer purchase. More supply, especially 997.2 with manual trans would be great!
