Regarding the leather conditioner, I highly recommend Zaino Z-10
Lexol products on my leather and they work very well. They make a cleaner and a conditioner that are expensive, but they do a great job if you follow the instructions. I use these products a few times per year.

- Water pumps are often failing by 60K so this is an optional item - typically start to leak or make noise before they fail

Oil filter kit, 7"10 quarts of motor oil Add about 8 quarts to the engine
8mm hex socket tool to remove the drain plug from the bottom of the engine sump.
live in a cold climate, you should use a 10W-40 or similar oil.
Motor oils and the additives blended into them have improved so much over the years that frequent oil changes and expensive synthetics are no longer necessary.
However, if synthetic oil was the only type of oil that your engine has seen, I usually recommend sticking with it.

I've never had a squeal, but then I am careful to put back the proper OEM anti-squeal shims that sit between the pads and the pistons. I gather a lot of people skip these but they are there to help stop squeal (regardless of whose brake pad you are using, OEM included)
So far I've been able to use a narrow putty knife to pry the existing ones off whole (before removing the pad) and reuse them successfully. New ones are a bit costly.

Otherwise I can't think of any mods I want to do, it's perfect just like it is. Will save my time and money for upkeep. Bought a new set of OEM mats on sale from Suncoast. Just re-dyed the shifter and e-brake leather. Next project is Dr. Colorchip for a few nicks here and there.
