I believe Ryan got a "pop up Google alert" because I spelled out the name of Beverly Hills Porsche. I think that everyone should start spelling their name out (instead of referring to BHP) so that this thread can be accessed when people do a search looking for a Porsche anywhere, and especially when searching for a Porsche dealer in the Beverly Hills, CA area.
The dealer will no doubt have to respond to this thread as a result. I've seen this approach having success in the Corvette Forum quite a few times in the past.

Beverley Hills Porsche. You make me sick! Buy the car back off him and be done with this. Is it worth it? Really? Do you honestly think your behaviour is honest, decent and trustworthy while you try burying your head in the sand hoping this goes away.
I too am subscribing to this and hope the outcome is what it should have been on day one.

I " thought " this was suppossed to be one of the most respected Porsche dealers in the USA . Oh well , so much for that .
I think you will come out on the misrepresenation issue , but it may be a while . Then there is the issue of whether or not the attorneys fees will be "in" the deal too - or eaten up . A couple of my best buds are attorneys and we talk about "principles" and "cost". I have seen some guys give in to the first for the second, and I dont blame them . Then I have seen guys stand on the first .
But i hope it comes out right for you.

Aaron Sifuentes says:
Hello Chris. My name is Aaron Sifuentes how can I help you?
Chris says:
Hello I am curious as to why you haven't made the deal right for the guy who traded in the Ferrari F430 for the not so perfect (yet described as perfect) 911?
Chris says:
BHP reputation is getting decimated in the Porsche enthusiast world
Chris says:
Search the 997 forum on rennlist.com if you are interested.
Chris says:
It's ugly
Chris says:
Making it right is going to be WAY less costly than incurring the damage to your reputation for years and years and years. It will live online forever.
Aaron Sifuentes says:
Okay. I will pass this along. Thank you.
Chris says:
Thousands of Porsche enthusiasts on Rennlist are watching to see what BHP will do. Do the right thing and everyone can move on.

Forwarding this to my buddy in LA who is going to trade-in his panamera for a 991. I'm sure a little extra time on the fwy to Pasadena will be worth it. So short-sighted to screw customers.

This sordid tale is just awful. My 928 originally came from Beverly HIlls Porsche. I would certainly never buy another Porsche from them and will point all my friends in So Cal to this thread.
OP, any new uipdates?
What a black eye for the brand.
Best of luck to you
