@J.Tan There is a very small amount of drone around 2.2k-2.4k- weirdly after that, the resonator seems to filter a ton of the bassy drone out. My muffler deletes and old X pipe setup with the 200 cell cats had a significant heavier drone from 2.4k-3.4k—I’m shocked how well this system does the job.
Also, it tones down the overall loudness throughout the entire range, vs running other 200 cell X pipes and full muffler deletes.
Old setup with the Speedtech 200 cell X pipe, Speedtech headers and the Soul Muffler deletes were quite a bit louder at idle, through redline. For my use- primarily as a street car- I find this as the happy middle ground (for me personally).
Stored the car after my install last evening-for winter up North here (if we ever get it this year) I’ll be adding interior and exterior sound clips in the spring. I’ll send links to connect you to them on YouTube.
Hopes this helps anyone trying to get an idea of how this setup is.
That's good to know. I appreciate the info. One last question from me, did you get to weigh the system before installation?

@J.Tan didnt pull the exact weight- I will say the X pipe section was definitely lighter to handle then my old Speedtech X pipe with 200 cell cats—exhaust tips all in it felt close to the same weight as my old setup, with a positive sound control gain adding the resonators into the system. We are probably talking 2-5 pounds difference. I bet FVD can get you exact numbers from M&M. Confidently can say it’s far lighter than any catless x pipe/cross over cats + muffler setup with the extended exhaust tubing and muffler body’s
Changed my xenon bulb (but not perfect, need to see if I can adjust manually) then went for a drive. It's cold (drove by -15c) tho getting warmer (and icy)
5h45 of sunlight these days... when the sun is able to pierce through clouds, not always the case as it's super low on the horizon
Hang in there you're almost on the right side of >sun / day, although then there is fast-approaching winter that must be obeyed, but that is what skis are for, no?!
Easy for me to say, I'm back down in the mid lats after an extended stay in the PNW and it is awfully good to have been able to shed a layer (or two), gained more sunlight and more energy from the sun at the 38th parallel, and more importantly, be able to exercise the Tart in the "dead of winter" in this easy peasy climate and get a mental health day on the ledger in the process!
Treated myself to some new sneakers after I finished painting the exterior of the house (2 summers of scraping/sanding and painting). Forged Champion RG5Bs. (19x8 46ET & 19x11.5 56ET w/ 7mm spacer on Rear)
