I opened up the infamous ac unit, gonna fix two blend doors properly at once

That's quite an endeavor! About six years ago a younger and more adventurous version of myself, replaced the dash of an Infiniti I used to own. It was a long night to say the least. Props to you.

Installed new "aluminum" gas cap. Such a small yet satisfying upgrade. Then installed a set of new clear side markers, and threw in a wash afterward.

snagged this guy off eBay for a decent price. Now to draw up some sort of mounting situation on the 997

says rear diffuser on the item so my guess is you mount it to your seat so when you sit on it and pass gas it funnels things away from you quickly.

Nice! Did the rubber string piece that keeps it from falling come with it? Or did you have take it off the original cap?
