I brushed her with my California Duster & just called a dent place to check on getting a rear fender dent repaired.

Took a fun spirited drive through the country at lunch. Perfect 78° sunny weather!

Concluding my .2 conversion project - I converted the .1 key to .2 key as well, to minimise accidentally pressing the un/lock button.

WARNING: if you plan to do this, the original key WILL BE DESTROYED

Default Fister

I Fistered my 997.2. Way better than stock. Thought the car would sound a little more throaty like my old 996 with Fisters, but then again, my 996 didn't have a rear center muffler. Very happy with them. Welding seems impeccable.

If you want to wake up your Fister mufflers, replace your center muffler with Sharkwerks muffler by-pass pipes.

Sharkwerks By-pass pipes

Believe me you will not regret it.

I'm concerned it may be too loud. Do you find yours loud?

i belive nail polish remover can melt the glue from teh original chip without practically any damage to the old key.

Kept looking at it every time I entered and exited the garage. Will take her for a ride just for the sake of it

Gave her a rubdown with Wolfgang Spritz before a quick spin to the farmers store.
Filled with 13 Gallons non-oxygenated 92 proof ethyl hoping they used quality additives.
It may just be wishful thinking, but acceleration is smoother and the exhaust is not a raspy sounding.

I tried Dr. Colorchip on my Meteor Grey 997.2 for the first time. Worked extremely well for small rock chips. I also used Langka to remove some old touch-up paint. Overall, Dr. Colorchip is much easier to work with, though building up layers to fill a deeper chip/scratch takes several coats.
