They were painted with plastic-dip. Very easily done and can be removed any time. It's been 10 months now and still holding and looking very well!

I got the Fister D sport mufflers installed & an oil change by Darin at FD Motorsport in Brentwood. Great experience, he's great guy with a cool shop, and all that internet love is real. The exhaust sounds awesome, and doing business with Darin is a pleasure. Great day.

Oh, and I ordered 2 new (rear) Michelin Pilot Super Sports, my first set is plum tuckered out after about 8 months...

Getting those installed tomorrow...

New Mich pilot Super sports installed. 19/35/235 fronts 19/30/305 rears. $1180 from tire rack. Pretty good deal IMO.

Definitely a good deal, I paid $833 for 2 rears (including install) yesterday at my local shop, and they were the 295's not the 305's.

Watched in my rearview mirror a kid in a WRX struggling to keep up. It was friendly though, at the next red light he caught up, we smiled and gave each other thumbs up.

I gave her an accidental wheel curb rash. Oh, I'm gonna pay for that move. SMH

Where did you get the dash vent triangles, and on a 1-10 scale how do you rate the workmanship?

I am planning on replacing the yellow side markers with the clear ones, soon. I should be able to do this by myself(without pro help) , right?

I tried to get the yellow one off yesterday, just to see if I could, and needless to say, I could not get that damn thing off. What am I doing wrong? Am I being too passive? I wasn't pulling on it hard, because the clear markers have not arrived yet.

Thanks guys.

These should remove fairly easily. For the first one, you might want to remove the wheel so that you can get your head in there to see what you need to do.

Takes a small tool to make it easier.
