Wasn’t trying to scare you. Replied to your pm. Just more of a pain since you are in the back, trying to fit the seat belt reel into a smaller area. At the end of the day it’s just nuts and bolts being taken out and put back in.

I adjusted my parking brake shoes (had 12 clicks before solid engagement, got it down to a nice tight 8 clicks) by jacking up one wheel at a time and removing one lug bolt. Then I used a narrow long flat blade screwdriver to turn the wheel to binding then backed off 4 clicks. It was easier than expected.

Then I have her a bath and took her out for a brisk drive where we stopped at a park to take some pix.

Installed new rotors & pads that I bought 5yrs ago. Ha. 62,xxx mi

Bleed the lines and not the slave cuz I got a new clutch about a year ago and surely my indy did?

Really a pleasure working on well maintained cars. Things disassemble and assemble as they should, antisieze and proper torques.

Couple of sensor hacks for the front.

Very easy with all the diy's Thank You RL !!!

I'm assuming these Fuchs are replicas? If so can you tell me the model name or company? They look awesome!

Default Front Bumper Holes

It's been now 2 weeks with my 997.2 C4S and I had to pull that front plate off the bumper. You see I bought the car in Ontario whereas Quebec has no front plate requirement. I now have 4 small holes which I need to macgiver a solution. They're not totally unbearable but repainting the front bumper seems extreme $$. Any other solutions to provide ?

Ordered previously loved center vent from eBay. Finish on the original one was wrinkling and peeling. Anyone else have this issue?

The guy from which I bought the car had a shop pull the bumper and fill the little holes and now I have a perfect bumper.

However, if that hadn't been done, I most likely would have bought a european license plate custom made with my Quebec license plate number.

Installed a QI wireless charging phone cradle with a proclip mount. Perfect combination. No visible wires, keeps Waze in my line of sight and most importantly, very sturdy and secure. Installed new air filters. Also gave the grimy engine bay a hand bath. Might do a more comprehensive wash later but much improved for now.
