Took the front bumper off to clean the rads.. Installed mesh grills while I was there but didn't like the look for some reason so removed.

Changed my oil. Might sound like nothing to most of you, but I'm about as mechanically inclined as my 4 year old. It's always been a desire of mine to learn how to wrench, so even though it was just changing the oil...it wasn't just changing the oil.

I was just remarking to my wife last night as we were cruising around 80 MPG in our MKVII GTI but still returning upper 30s MPG how much I love that car as a commuter/dd.

I was thinking the exact same thing after installing the bypass. It does sound exotic. It transforms the car!

Try high flow cats if you really want it to sing

The gundo is great but the bypass for the .2 just makes it sound like a .1 with a gundo cause your just getting rid of the centre muffler which we don't have

When I went with headers and 200 cell cats it made a BIG difference

I've thought about the 200 cell cats, but after doing the center muffler bypass I don't think I could live with a louder exhaust. For now...

You have the 200 cell cats with your 4.0? That thing must sound like a monster!

Damn, you need to post a video of that monster as soon as you can start taking it to redline
