Damn, you're not going to join the masses of new '09's coming over the Lion's Gate every day? Some mornings when I'm on the treadmill facing W Georgia I lose count of them (new 911's, that is). The odd arena red 993 is a nice change.

Direct inject not turn you on, just a little bit?

I prefer the wrap-around turn signals on the mk1 997 to the new "enshrouded" ones.

As for Marty's C2S: in two words, "he wins!" awesome car, terrific photo.

The new wheel (with PDK controls) is kind of overly-silver to me...

Regards,

Nothing much NOT to like (except the wheels IMO) but the external changes are no big deal. The real chage is in the motor (and with PDK) both nice things to have but not enough for me to have sleepless nights wanting to change my beauty! Touch screen PCM is "a la mode" but with a multifunction wheel what's the real point? (love the new steering wheel though).

Feels like 'change just for the sake of change' to me. Why mess with the rear lens design? You can do LED without making the droop - now the rear end reminds me of a Cayman. Front end doesn't bother me any. I don't care for the wheels - I'd have to order something else (maybe that's the plan). I'm sure it will be a great car and much loved by new owners - I'll enjoy my "deeper" Cobalt Blue 997S for now.

I wonder how much weight fatty Ms. Hipster gained. If history is any indicator, the HP gains likely will be offset nearly entirely by weight gains.

Wheels look a bit busy.Looks like a Pita to clean.I agree to much chunky metel on the steering wheel.New touch controls could be nice, but not sure if I prefer real buttons.30 more HP nice plus.
