Default Rejex

Anyone has any experience or comment on using rejex on 997. I am planning to apply it to MY06 in a few weeks. Thanks

All the posts I have read regarding Rejex have been positive. Still don't know where to get it. I have always used Liquid Glass in the past, and am using Zaino on my 997.

I am tempted to try it, however, I am a strict follower of Obsessive Compulsive Ben's guide to **** car care. He says Klasse AIO, Klasse HGSG & Pinnacle Souveran. So, untill OCBen clears it, I am sticking to the program.

I use Rejex on my Speedster (fiberglass body), which gets driven frequently and hard. It's very good stuff. And the protection from those pesky bugs is kind of amazing...they just rinse right off.

I've been a Zaino fan when it comes to black paint, but I may Rejex my 06 997S (which is black) when it gets here. Rejex is very easy to use.

As long as you don't drive your car and collect bugs you'll be OK!

If you do a road trip and collect bugs, all those fancy smancy waxes will not help you a bit, the bugs will stick, and you will be forced to use Bug & Tar Remover.
Trust me, I've been there.

RejeX works!!!

RejeX is available online from:

http://www.corrosionx.com/rejex.html (mfg)

http://www.bumperplugs.com/ (rennlist sponsor)

I just put a coat of ReJex on the Blue Zoomer Wednesday. I'm hoping it's as good as folks say it is.

AeroSmith, do you think you can give us an update on the Rejex later. Enjoy your Blue Zoomer. Very nice car.

I have used it on my Artic Silver 997s for over a year now and also think it is amazing - a lot of stuff just doesn't stick, what does comes off with only water so it does not require frequent reapplication. I have had some thought of trying something else to go for maximum shine, but don't know if there would actually be a substantial improvement - anyone tried the switch?

Default Rejex on Special

I just ordered Rejex from bumperplugs.com (see MJones post above).
It's on special the month of October and they're rennlist sponsors!
Thanks MJones for the URL.

Rejex use question. When my 997 Carrera 4 Cab arrives next month I plan on washing it with Adams Car Wash and waxing it with Adams Butter Wax. Might even spray it with Adams Brilliant Spray Glaze. After all that, is that the time I apply Rejex? And to just the front bumper or to most of the front of the car? Not very many bugs here (thank goodness) in the mountains of western NC.
Will Rejex help on the rims with the brake dust problem?
Thanks.

Thanks for that ringing endorsement, Addict, but you're embarrassing me.
I’m no expert when it comes to evaluating all the many good products out there. I can only vouch for what I’ve tried myself. I’m eager to try Rejex on my wheels to see if it helps cut down the brake dust cleaning. Now that I hear our good buddy Eric has it on sale, I’ll probably order some.

You do have it on sale, right Eric?

I am having a euro front bumper put on my 993, and a hood respray done to eliminate rockc chips. Does anyone know if I need to let the paint cure, & if so how long, before applying Rejex?

OCBen didn't veto Rejex, thats good enough for me! It would be nice to be able to get the bugs off the front bumper a little easier. I just ordered some (the Rejex, not the bugs) from bumperplugs.com.

That's funny stuff. Hey the reason I didn't reject Rejex is because I haven't evaluated it myself, which is not to say I won't like it. Many of you guys give it thumbs up, so I'm willing to give it a shot. But it sounds like it's very similar to Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze after reading the product info on their website, in that it too provides a thin-film polymer coating. I'd like to do a side-by-side comparison of these two products to evaluate their effectiveness.
