Groov, sorry to hear this, but I know you'll be back in about 9 months with another silver 997. The 991 is not the same type of evolutionary development of the 911 that previous generations were. I fully expect another post in a couple days that says, hey, my 997 is off the market and I'm keeping it after test driving a 991 GT car.

So agree with this. Totally different animal. Take baby steps and get a 997.2.

Thanks everyone - False alarm. 991 friend told me about had the black glass sunroof which I am not a fan of.
Also might miss my 997 too much so decided not to sell at this time.

991 manual? I’m a fan of the glass sunroof. Send it my way.

Would take a lot for me to sell the 997, been wanting either a 356 coupe or 458. Plus market seems to be cooling.

991 is gone after I passed. And yes Manual MT's selling like hot cakes

*There's a 1956 V sunroof major project for sale in Tacoma for $85K - On Pelican for sale website
Kills me to think I sold my 1953 Jade green V sunroof that was in really nice all original condition

Car was all original paint and floors. Everything on it was original and untouched. Had it for 2 years then it was on to another 356
Original unmolested Pre-A car like this would probably fetch $375K today

Kellen---> Took this photo at the Shell station on 17th & Madison around the corner from my house. Only photo I have

Same, when looking for a 991 I only considered them with the glass roof.
