As you can see on this picture, there is a sleeve on the shaft that does not allow me to completely take it out. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

it depends on the actual car, find part number here https://www.porsche.com/usa/accessor...artscatalogue/ select your car at the bottom.
Those seals are available.

thank you but unfortunately the seal i need is not even in the catalog. I did my research and this was my findings

1. ZF has these parts but they will not sell them because porsche wont let them but there is talk that the will be able to sell parts the end of this year.
2. I was able to get the specs of the oil seals and they are 40mmX52mm & 40mmX55mm with a temp limit of 150*c
3. I had ordered the seals from www.misumi-ec.com with the help of Kyle an engineer there that helped me find the seals I need that have a even higher temp threshold 170*c I will get them in two weeks
4. part numbers are UE40528FKM & UE40558FKM they are slightly cheaper then a new pdk price of $20,000............$97.00 shipped lol
5. ill keep you guys posted on my youtube channel please subscribe its a new porsche channels

You said near the diff. Which seals are those?
There is double seal on the diff side (21,13) and 1 seal on the opposite side(22), and one is on main shaft (18). All 4 were available for 981 some time ago when I ordered them. I suspect they might be the same for all PDKs.

non of those, those are external seals the one I need is not on that chart and its on the inside its there to prevent the gear oil from the diff to mix with the atf from the valve body chamber

Yes. it is one of those.
21 - 9G1 332 806 00 Shaft sealing ring 40 X 52 / 55 X 16
22 - 9G1 332 804 00 Shaft sealing ring 42 X 55 X 7
13 - 9G2 332 803 00 Shaft sealing ring 62 X 80 X 75

21 and 13 goes into the same place. 21 is from hydraulic side and 13 from diff side.

If this is the place then those should work.

Found ZF video of the transmission,
At 1:54 mark it shows 2 shafts and this is where I am stuck at the moment. I cannot take left shaft from the right one. It is completely loose but does not go out.
Also at 3:13 I am trying to pull red part away from the yellow one.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Default PDK trans issue

Hi thanks for the great information you provided. I just started having issues with my 09 porsche cayman S. it would not shift into any gear, it does not move at all, it was running fine before that. what do you thing might be the problem most likely?. after reading your post, I think is the rod position sensor, but just want to know your opinion. thanks in advance

Have a look at the two pics and their red circled areas. It is possible that there is either a tension pin there, a hole to release a spring loaded locking pin or a set screw of some sort (using the wrong terms probably). If those are some form of release mechanism, then there will be a couple of places on the case that have access points machined into them.
