Have a look at the two pics and their red circled areas. It is possible that there is either a tension pin there, a hole to release a spring loaded locking pin or a set screw of some sort (using the wrong terms probably). If those are some form of release mechanism, then there will be a couple of places on the case that have access points machined into them.
One of those is located in hydraulic part of the box so I can easily access it. It looks just like lubrication hole.
I do not see anything similar to any kind of pin or snap ring that can be accessed through there.
here is short video of that hole https://photos.app.goo.gl/zqaiZ6RhkHhJ3TtQ7
There is another option that I think might work, however i do not know how to achieve it.
circled in blue on this image is inner for roller bearing, which is pressed on the shaft.
These are marking on it INA F-555002.02.KI SLOVAKIA 95/J09 07.35.300.521
I tried to heat it up to see if it become loose, but no luck.
In theory I can cut it out, however I cannot find a replacement for it (as usual with ZF and Porsche).
Does anyone have any idea where can I find this?
Markings clearly state INA.
I measured outer diameter of that inner and it is 47 mm and width is 30 mm, however i cannot really measure inner diameter, the shaft is 40 mm, however it is possible that it is not the same under that inner. I looked for existing inners for roller bearings and there is one 47x42x30 and nothing for 47x40x30.
Will see if any of them answer my requests.

In the video ZF shows main shaft and it has several different ODs
I think it could be the same with other shafts and in this case it is possible that inner I am looking for will be 47x42x30
f..k, I hate ZF and Porsche for this.
Is that tri-lobed piece up against the gear actually a lock nut?
The March Indy transmissions used an oddball locknut with its own matching socket to get it off.
If it is a nut, think ZF would sell you the socket? :-)
It is actually a part of that gear and it is behind my current culprit.
Yeah, I am sure they will sell it to me. lol.
If I need it I will fabricate it from some socket - should not be an issue.
Do you mean to grab it by the gear and hope that it would push out inner from the bearing in front of it?
It might work or it might damage the gear.
But I will definitely think about it
yes that’s correct, I am intrigued by the thread on the inside of the shaft and what looks to be some form of nut visible in the hollow centre of the shaft. It could be that the key on the gear is indeed a nut but the whole end section of the shaft unscrews with the gear attached from the main shaft , unfortunately don’t have one I can inspect
