Not bad at all. Takes an hour. I initially tried doing it from below with the motor lowered because I have the turbos off, but it’s hard to get to the vac lines and I wanted to zip tie them. So I just loosened the sai pump and moved it to the side. I also wanted to move the fpr clip so it would be coming in from above (for future fpr changes), and that’s not really doable easily from below. All in all it’s like 5 bolts and working in a moderately small space, but not difficult.

Not quite that dark... It's the lighting in that image.

Wheels are Apex SM-10s which I love.

Finally, finally fixed the whining / groaning coming from the side flap actuators. (convertibles only). Took repeated disassembly and bench testing with wife's assistance to find the actual source of the noise, was driving me crazy. I was originally convinced the tiny electric motors had dry bearings, but no. It was the plastic piece that holds the end of the threaded screw shaft. Simple solution - applied some silicone grease (plastic friendly).

This stuff:

Got the K16 billets on today. Boost leak test and tune tomorrow and then should be ready to rip around!

Ur both bots.

I used some of the chemical guys hybrid sio2 gel on mine today, i must say this stuff holds up better than some of the ceramic coatings i put on. And its considerably cheaper. Used meguiars liquid ceramic(sio2) on merc does good too! Though my car is yellow again because pollen.

CanaBot...

I didn't know that ceramics were available in the aftermarket that were as good as some of the detailer stuff...
