Giddy up!!
Usually after 110mph or 180kph I don't look at the speedo. The last time I did over 250kph on 16 year old Pirellis she move across 2 lanes guided not by my hands. Tires for sure but are these cars developing enough down-force? My 930 is perfectly stable up to 300.

It's a 2001 with 73k miles. Not modified and do not plan to do anything to it.
The only mod is an integrated radar detector. Obviously.

Just a word of caution using covers outdoors...be careful of possible condensation. You can corrode electrical connections, the battery and other components thinking that the cover is "protecting" the car. This most true of the covers that claim the most protection.

I will not be able to - butt dyno perhaps?

The real exercise here is to get a new throttle body on because my current one is truly gummed right up - the plenum was just 'because' I am swapping out the TB...

Should I know something?

There is a lot of debate as to whether or not they're a $1000 snake oil tube.

Really? I have not seen that debate, but the theory seems sound - less restriction, easier for the engine to pump, lower intake temps - this is the first I have heard of this. As I said, I was really just after the throttle body, the plenum just seemed like a plus part...

Will investigate further. Wouldn't mind hearing John's thoughts on it too.

Yes, and I found the other thread on this...

Good thing I went with the 74mm TB versus the 68mm one...
