I wanted to do some preventative maintenance to the car and although it only had 22k miles, i decided to have Matrix Integrated in Portland, OR take a look.

We ended up doing an oil service, coolant flush, plugs, and coils. It was noted that the left front bilstein was seeping fluid and we decided to change out to ohlins road and track. I have ohlins on an r100gspd motorcycle and i have always thought they were the best. The ohlins transformed the car.

Big thumbs up to Logan and the team at Matrix Integrated. They are extremely knowledgable And have been absolutely great to work with. 👍🏻

Nice! Can you please expound on Ohlins R&T vs PSS10 comparison/transformation for street use? Having experienced Ohlins in an open wheel race car and a motorcycle, I’m thinking about doing a similar change (to Ohlins R&T from PSS9).

Got my IPD plenum and 74mm throttle body... Discovered my new quick jack cannot lift my M5, it is a little short, which I found surprising.

Can you get to the proper lift points on the M5 by turning the quickjacks sideways? (not my garage, not my 911!)

Never even considered it, seems logical and balanced - thank you.

Replaced my tow hook that got scratched when someone backed in to my bumper. GEICO bought me a new one. New renline one is nicer than my 3 rear old renline.

Put some new rear tires on it, then put some miles on it to break in new clutch.

I put these tires on a few months ago, I LOVE them.

Before:

After:

The carbon is nice but not really my style, plus its tradition for me to refresh the shift **** for each car I get.

The CF **** may be up for sale if anyone wants it. Next up is the ebrake handle which is also CF.

That little spec of carbon certainly didn't work well in that interior scheme.

Good decision. Looks good/better.

That pic kinda makes me want to refinish my scratched up center console in "Alumalook." Nice job.
