What did you do to your 996TT today?
Bought a second set of Apex wheels for the second Turbo during their 4th of July sale this past weekend.... Went with the EC-7RS fully forged wheels in 9"/12", 18" diameter. I'll run the same 245/40R18 315/30R18 tire setup as my other set, probably with Azenis RT660 tires.
I have a set of 19" wheels on the Polar currently, and personally prefer the 18" from a tire size ratio and driving perspective.
Also had the flow-formed EC-10 Apex wheels on the Arctic Turbo, had them since they first came out in 996 Turbo fitment. IMHO, the Apex wheels look great, strong, lightweight, have great customer service, and are well priced.

With the current 19" Wheel dynamics 808 wheels (these will be for sale soon if anyone is interested. With great condition Pilot Sport 4S tires. Very similar style to the EC-7RS)

Great looking wheel and a great value for a forged product. I don't know if your car is AWD or RWD Paul but If it was me and the car was RWD, I would do a staggered EC-7RS set up with a front 18x9 et46 with 245/40/18 and a rear 19x12 et46 with a 305/30/19. This would give a significant improvement in performance both from a traction and gearing standpoint especially if you have the stock 1-3 mainshaftt. Tire selection is also huge in the 305/30/19 with the popular PS4 and the Sport Cup2.

Yeah, Beryl. I am not too far from the Gulf. It felt more like a Cat 2 but mainly because we had a previously cracked window that was taped up but not boarded that was flexing and making awful noises in the gusts for 5 hours. Nerve wracking. Somehow it held and we had power back after about 14 hours off. As soon as I got the generator going and fridges plugged in I poured a stiff bourbon.
