Yep.

The hit was at the lower left; glad the windshield took it instead of the paint.

I should have included the date of my windshield replacement; it was in January 2013.

Elite/Safelite was the installing company. They went to Stevinson Porsche in Denver to get the actual OEM glass. I was off a bit (found the original receipt)...paid $757.21 all in. Broke down to $606.79 for glass and $100 for labor the rest was tax.

Keep in mind this was 2007... had the windscreen replaced at their garage. I watched the whole thing (probably pissed them off), they were extra cautious. When it was done I drove off...nothing special although it is quite dry in CO and it is kept in a garage...LOL

First DIY oil change. Rotella T6, all the parts, new torque wrench, oil drain container that holds 16qts... And it overflowed, due to not being able accomdate the flow, down my driveway. Four score minutes, and two roll of paper towels later, we're done.

Did the 997 SSK upgrade. Or more specifically, had my mechanic, Mike Schatz do it. Very happy with the result after I got used to the 'it must not be all the way into first' feeling. So, I'm now officially on the slippery slope - with a non-stock mod.
