Found this photo of Gretch serving beers at last years Porsche Tractor Fest - I sort of like this German theme.

Calm down my boy.

As any debater knows, the moment your opponent resorts to making denigrating personal comments in lieu of logic, it means that their brain has lost its ability to logically counter your rationale.

I won't bother to sweep you up, but I might suggest you take a few college courses to help you think better.

HOWEVER, if you EVER have a car for sale, PLEASE let me know!
I want to buy a car from you, because you now have professed in print how virtuously meticulous you will be in providing the exact details of every single flaw, every single repair, and every single negative aspect of the car you are selling -- AND, you obviously will guarantee it from any defect for at least 1 1/2 years and 7000 miles, minimum.

Of course, if you have replaced the IMSB in the car you are selling, it will be personally guaranteed by you for 50,000 miles, according to your written comment regarding your expectations of the longevity of an IMSB.

It is more likely that you will grow up and sell a car or two, and find yourself shucking and jiving better than KK to throw blame back onto your buyer.

My, how the world comes back to bite the *** of the self-righteous preacher.
Beware of Life delivering you payback.

I'd happily buy or at the very least kick the tires of a car from Groov. He's sold several over the last few years on here and I've heard nothing but good stuff. I'd lay down money that the C4S he bought last month will be back on the market within twelve months and most of the regulars on here would probably not take that bet.

I'd expect that if he did change the IMSB he would go with a known quantity and would make it clear when he changed it, why he changed it, who changed it and if anything was any different than what a reasonable person would expect.

If he made any other repairs I think he'd be up front about that as well. He seems to buy and sell them serially, why exactly I don't know but that's neither here nor there. So far he's not a "one and done" kind of seller and the surest way to stop being able to sell your wares is to get the kind of blowback that KK is getting.

So there is actually NO solution approved by Porsche other than an engine replacement. So everyone putting anything but a reman from Porsche in is experimenting.. All I want is a stock dual row replacement bearing. Not a fancy upgrade...

I feel bad for the OP, and KK. He tried to build a better mousetrap and it didn't work out..
Pretty sure that Porsche will sell you a new intermediate shaft with the latest bearing. Aren't Porsche parts guaranteed 2 years?

Default Sick of this thread

I, for one, are completely sick of this thread. Okay, so the purchaser of
KK's car had an engine blow up. BFD.

Time for all of us to "get a life".

I can assure you if this happened to you it would be a BFD.

What a cheap cop-out. Your previous posts were clearly meant to be denigrating; to subsequently claim the moral high ground in an argument in which you've previously abandoned logic in favor of disparaging Gnat is pathetic.

Following that up with a thinly veiled suggestion that Gnat is somehow less erudite than you adds a dollop of weak sauce to your already overpoweringly sad diatribes.

I can't engage in this erudite conversation since I am ESL. I can only speak in straight and direct thoughts.

Was with a girl at my place a few weeks ago...she was making me dumplings and stuff. We start kissing...she asks me " What do you want from me?"

K: " I just want to **** your brains out!"
G: .... jaw dropped.
