You referenced KK and picking up a tranny in the same thought.


Doesn't look like he is banned, at least it doesn't say so on his profile. He hasn't posted since 1/30 though.

If its the Mercedes Trans, then its not that strange. 5 speed trans is the 722.6 transmission, which is a great trans except for the torque converter and the conductor plate, (namely the magnetic speed sensor on the conductor plate that gets choked up with material).
Torque converters come apart, they are a 50-50 shot.

That's a great deal OP. i'd take it.

KrazyK and I have each others phone #s, he is checking on shipping from my address.

We'll keep you guys posted.

This transmission comes with torque converter, so he should be set once it arrives.

I will post some pics of it on Saturday when it is light and I have time.
