Lol yep. I'm obsessed with this model, and the little details that go into each one. It's such a great 911, I can't believe it was a secret for so long.

To all who are fortunate enough to own one, enjoy it!

Selling unused 996AE four piece luggage set.

Large case still in original box. I am still looking for my smaller pillowcase and box and I am sure I'll find it. Wallet and Key pouch with delivery sack.

Hi, Brad - Ted here (owner of Nr. 0711). I handle the Registry website, car lists, FB page, etc. I'd appreciate the chance to get in touch with you to get a few details so that we can update the Registry records. Please shoot me an email at 40jahre911@gmail.com.

Congrats on the new-to-you 40th - as you said, it must really scream with the performance mods it has. Hope you're enjoying the heck out of it!

Is this car’s fuel system and filter set up any different than any other X51? Or than a standard engine? Just curious.

Fuel filter is part of the in tank fuel pump.

I always replace fuel filters at 10 years regards of the low miles my cars all have.

But on this set up its not that easy to do.

With better fuel, fuel stabilizers and fuel management maybe 2004 cars not an issue.

Just checking in with other AE car owners.

What was I saying about driving with slick rear tires in a rain storm?

NO damage!

Cop was laughing, any other car would have flipped over and over!

Have to ask: What was the temperature at the time of your off roading excursion?

There definitely would've been damage in my pants if that was me.

Glad to see your 40AE came away unscathed.
