I don't know about you guys, but I'm ready for Sat already; its only Wed and it feels like Friday. I won't have the Porsche @ WZ, but I plan on still being there.

Don't forget, parking for all non-Porsche cars is around the side by the gas pumps

I don't know Scott. I had to park around the corner last week in my BMW. Maybe it's because it is only RWD and the engine is in the wrong place.

Default Lil' Grenade...

+1 on being ready for Saturday. It's supposed to be warm and sunny!!!

This exchange implies that there will be some kind of pointless scramble to get to the front two spots on Saturday morning. Ridiculous.

I would never even consider getting up at the crack of dawn on a beautiful Saturday morning to drive my freshly cleaned 996 to my favorite coffee shop for our weekly get-together.

BTW, Scott and Dell can fight over the spot I leave open.

Crack-o-dawn, gentlemen. Crack...o....dawn.

Sounds to me like the challenge has been laid down.

Any of you use Leith for service? Tried to make an appointment yesterday for the Boxster, inspection, could not get anyone in service dept. to answer the phone, left my number twice never to get a return phone call. Must be nice to be that busy and independent!

I would NEVER use Leith for service unless it was warranty. The 3 times I used them for warranty service (Cayenne and GT3) they didn't have a clue and I had to explain to them what was wrong and how to remedy this situation. There are just better options out there and the best techs usually leave and go to work for the indy's or start their own place.

Dell, I agree. I was just trying to get the NC inspection done, figured they could not mess things up on that, and walk over to the lot and browse. I guess I will take it back to Performance for the inspection, have some contacts there through my daughter, at least they answer the phone and do call back. May have to speak with John and Alex next time they come to the WZ. Looks like top down weather!!!

I just went to one of those "NC Inspection Stations" and was in and out in a couple minutes. Inspections is all they do so there was no lift, etc, to clear the car with and they don't drive the car. You drive it in and you drive it out.
