If I can get this back together, I'll be driving it in on Saturday. Caliper refinish is done, new pads finally arrived, rotors re-surfaced, oil change complete, other minor stuff done. Just need to:
1. Clean wheel wells while tire is off;
2. Mount Rotors
3. Mount Calipers w/new pads
4. Bleed system
5. Bed in new pads
6. Enjoy blissful silence.
I went back to my roots with BMW. Traded the 996 for a M5, but the wife is kind enough to let me borrow hers for coffee on Saturdays, or should I say she is pregnant enough that she doesnt fit in hers any more
My rears are corded. I'm looking for some used 295/30/18 N2 PilotSport2s to tide me over until my fronts need replacement. I'd like to get used now so i don't break a new tire in on track. Let me know if you local guys have any.
