Scott and his wife came over to have dinner with me and the fam and to watch the Rolex 24 of course! But, what would a race be without grilling burgers? Who cares if it's 20 degrees outside and we just got hit with 6 inches of snow. Tonight.....WE GRILL!!!!!!

I made pizza - while taking care of the house the dough was rising, then it got so big it fell off the shelf and hit the floor
DOH !
Thankfully I had it wrapped in plastic and with some stout beer the pizza was a hit (my kids didn't like the beer though)
Burgers are awesome when grilled!

Yes, grilled is best.....Even better in the snow! Gotta say, this was a great day. Coffee with the SCR crew in the a.m., snow and all, then in the p.m. grilled burgers in the snow and the Rolex 24. Life is good right now.
