I see on the Hurricane region calendar web site that there is a tech session, but no details, no times, no agenda. I wonder if former PCA members (who let their membership lapse due to lack of value) will be permitted to attend. What will they be covering, how to call Chris and ask for a loaner when your car is in for service? How to finance your authorized dealer repair costs?

Here is what Jerry emailed out in the Hurricane e-letter.....

Feb 28th we will meet at Leith Porsche in Cary at 10:30 AM (this allows time for KoffeeKlatch and
caravan to Leith). Leith plans to review the PDK/new cars in this session (on the lift). We will also have
the opportunity to put our club member's car on lift, as well for questions we may have (come prepared).

There are two types of Porsche owners. Those who buy a Porsche b/c of the vehicle, and those who buy a Porsche b/c of the name. Don't mean to generalize (too much), but most of us on here have these cars b/c of how great the vehicle really is.

Hey, Rich. I'm surprised that none of the local police bothered me. I'll be cautious in the future.

I just rec'd confirmation today that my payment has been processed for the DE. It implies that I'm officially registered. I'll have to read the e-mail closely to be sure.

It isn't us - it's the car. The car just wants you to think it's us

3 days of pure fun in my Porsche.

Hey fellas....check out the newest issue of Tobacco Roads (the Carolinas PCA region newsletter). I'm a published author (something other than academia)!!!

Issue: February, Page 10-11.

ps.....the end of page 10 is missing 4 words before moving to p11 which are "proudly in my office".

Man, I wish I had access to a copy. I am curious to find out what you say was "proudly in my orifice."

OK seriously, congrats on being published in the newsletter!

Here is the link to the Carolinas PCA website. The March issue of Tobacco Roads is not up yet but it should be within a couple of days.
